You do not need a listed partner venue to book RL Events. We can work with your venue subject to approval and site suitability. We coordinate around your venue rules, access windows, and ground protection requirements. If you need recommendations, we can suggest trusted partners, but we do not claim formal partnerships unless explicitly agreed and confirmed.

Not sure if your venue works? We assess every site before confirming to ensure your event runs smoothly.
During our venue assessment, we check:
- Vehicle access for delivery and setup
- Power supply type and location
- Ground conditions and space requirements
- Venue restrictions and permitted hours
- Health and safety considerations
- Weather contingency options
This quick check (usually done via photos and video call) confirms your venue is suitable before you commit to booking. For larger events, we can visit in person.
What makes a venue suitable
Most private venues and outdoor spaces can work. Here are the four things we check before confirming.
Power
Access to a 16A or 13A electrical supply depending on setup requirements.
Generator hire can be arranged where mains power is unavailable.
Access
Vehicle access suitable for equipment delivery and horse box bar placement.
We need at least 3m clearance for our largest vehicles and trailers.
Space
Flat ground for bell tents, cinema screens, or bar setup.
Exact footprint varies by service — we calculate this during site assessment.
Noise & Timing
Local venue restrictions and event timing permissions.
We work within your permitted hours and flag any restrictions early.
